Women have a fascination with looking beautiful and attractive. They always look to buy the…
The fact that beauty writers and influencers get a ton of items to test out is no secret. This is how we select worthwhile topics and products on which you spend your hard-earned money—some stick out as must-haves. Here are some of my top buys from the Sephora sale in the categories of makeup, skincare, beauty, and ride-or-dies.
3-in-1 Cactus Fruit Styling Cream
I have no idea what is going on with me. I’ve always preferred styling products, yet I am again fawning over this brand-new three-in-one styling cream from Dae.
Dragon fruit, prickly pear, and meadowfoam are just a few of the components that come from the desert and work together to provide damp or dry hair shine, gloss, moisture, and a frizz-free finish. It was made for all hair types and thicknesses. I’ve used this in two ways: on damp hair (mid-lengths to ends) before blow-drying or on my dried, styled hair for an additional shine.
Violet Voss Fun Sized Mini Eyeshadow Palette
Is this adorable little makeup palette from the company renowned for its vibrant colors and high pigment just $20? It is. With ten matte, shimmer, foil, and satin purplish shades, there’s nothing neutral about any look you create with this palette.
Ouai Mini Melrose Place Eau De Parfum
This little perfume is for you if you can’t get enough of the characteristic Ouai fresh-floral aroma and desire to be bathed in it all the time. Along with bergamot, lychee, cedarwood, and white musk as base notes, it has top notes of champagne, bergamot, and rose.
Believe me when I tell you that if you don’t use this lip scrub first, your lips (and anything else you’re wearing on your lips) will suffer. Of course, I’ve tried many lip scrubs in my time. Still, I’m presently smitten with Makeup by Mario’s formulation, which includes coconut oil, vitamin E, and micro-fine sugar crystals for a smooth, soft, and supple-AF pout.
(I highly suggest completing your lip aesthetic with Mario’s Ultra Suede Sculpting Lip Pencil, highlighter, and coordinating lipstick; both have practically become a religion among beauty editors since their release.)
Beautiful Skin Hyaluronic Acid Medium Coverage Liquid Foundation
One of my all-time favorite foundations is Charlotte Tilbury’s Airbrush Flawless Longwear Foundation, which debuted a few years ago. The main reason I don’t use it every time I put on makeup is that it nearly makes your skin appear too flawless.
Although it’s a little excessive for day-to-day wear, it’s great for selfies and other situations when you’ll be on camera or screen. Even though it is much smoother, more even, and glowing, your skin still appears like skin.
Unlike many foundations I’ve tried, this one stays in place all day long, and I don’t need an ounce of powder. As the hour passes, it maintains the ideal balance of brightness without becoming too greasy, and it doesn’t wrinkle, crack, or smear. Your pores and redness are easily concealed, and the consistency is light enough that you never feel like your skin can breathe and benefit from the product’s moisturizing properties. I give it six out of five stars.
